Article 1: General Terms / Provisions
The e-commerce website Diapercakeshop.com (part of Pamper-taart.be), a sole proprietorship with registered office at Glabbeekstraat 252, 3450 Geetbets, VAT BE 0634.620.223 RPR Leuven, offers its customers the possibility to purchase products from its online store.
These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to every order placed by a visitor to this e-commerce website (“Customer”). When placing an order via the Diapercakeshop.com webshop, the Customer must expressly accept these Terms, thereby agreeing to the applicability of these Terms, to the exclusion of all other conditions. Additional conditions of the Customer are excluded, except when these have been previously accepted in writing and explicitly by Diapercakeshop.com.
Article 2: Price
All prices mentioned are expressed in EURO, always including VAT and all other taxes or duties required to be borne by the Customer.
For standard deliveries, a fixed price is charged. This amount is automatically added when finalizing the order. For non-standard deliveries such as urgent delivery, deliveries on weekends or holidays, delivery of heavy or large packages… a different delivery cost is charged depending on the type of delivery. This cost is clearly stated when processing the order.
The price quotation applies exclusively to the items as they are literally described. The accompanying photos are intended for decorative purposes and may contain elements that are not included in the price.
Article 3: Offer
Despite the fact that the online catalog and e-commerce website are compiled with the utmost care, it is still possible that the information offered is incomplete, contains material errors, or is not up-to-date. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Diapercakeshop.com. Diapercakeshop.com is only bound to a best-efforts obligation regarding the accuracy and completeness of the information offered. Diapercakeshop.com is in no case liable for manifest material errors, typesetting or printing errors.
When the Customer has specific questions about e.g. sizes, color, availability, delivery time or method, we request the Customer to contact Diapercakeshop.com in advance.
The offer is always valid while stocks last and can be adjusted or withdrawn by Diapercakeshop.com at any time. Diapercakeshop.com cannot be held liable for the unavailability of a product. If an offer has a limited validity or is made under conditions, this is explicitly mentioned in the offer.
Article 4: Online Purchases
Ordering is possible from the age of 18 or older. Your date of birth is requested when placing an order.
The Customer can choose to order a package on the website of Diapercakeshop.com.
After the Customer has made a choice, the Customer is redirected to the payment instructions.
The Customer can choose from different payment methods.

Only after the Customer has paid will the order be processed.
Diapercakeshop.com is entitled to refuse an order due to a serious shortcoming of the Customer with regard to orders in which the Customer is involved.
Article 5: Delivery and Execution of the Agreement
The ordered goods will be delivered within 3 working days. Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and vacation days do not count as working days.
Articles ordered through this webshop are only delivered in Belgium.
The standard delivery is done by Bpost within 3 working days and is charged to the Customer at a fixed rate. For urgent deliveries, deliveries on Saturdays, extra heavy or large packages,… other additional costs are charged which are clearly stated on the website.
Unless otherwise agreed or explicitly stated otherwise, the goods are delivered to the Customer’s residence within 4 days after receipt of the order.
Any visible damage and/or qualitative deficiency of an article or other deficiency in the delivery must be reported immediately by the Customer to Diapercakeshop.com within 48 hours after delivery, on pain of forfeiture.
The risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer from the moment they (or a third party designated by them, who is not the carrier) have physically taken possession of the goods. However, the risk transfers to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier if the Customer’s carrier has been instructed to transport the goods and this choice was not offered by Diapercakeshop.com.
The Bpost courier can verify age upon delivery.
Article 6: Retention of Title
The delivered items remain the exclusive property of Diapercakeshop.com until the moment of full payment by the Customer.
The Customer commits to inform third parties of Diapercakeshop.com’s retention of title if necessary, e.g., to anyone who might attempt to seize the items that have not yet been fully paid for.
