- Which diapers do you use in the diaper cakes? – We always use Pampers® Premium Protection brand diapers. We always have sizes 1, 2, 3, and 4 in stock. For most diaper cakes, you can choose which diaper size you want.
- Which diaper size should I choose for the diaper cake? – For most diaper cakes, you can choose which diaper size you want in the diaper cake. We also indicate for which age/weight this diaper size is suitable.
- How many diapers are in a diaper cake? – For each diaper cake, it is always stated how many diapers are used. For some diaper cakes, you can also choose to add an extra layer of diapers.
- How do we make a diaper cake? – We always do this with the utmost care and try to recreate the diaper cake as closely as possible to what you can see in the photo.
- Where can I buy a diaper cake? – You can place your order through the webshop. Currently, we don’t have a physical store where you can buy them. Pick-up can be arranged by appointment. We are located in Geetbets (near Tienen, Sint-Truiden, Halen, Zoutleeuw, Herk-de-Stad)
- How long do I have to wait for my order? – We try our best to prepare your order on the same day or the next day. Usually, it also goes to the post on the same day. BPost collects at 5 PM, which means that your order can usually be delivered the next day (if it’s not a weekend). Your order is usually ready to be shipped within 36 hours.
- When will I receive my invoice? You will receive the invoice digitally as soon as your order is ready for shipment.
- Is the diaper cake well packaged? – We wrap each diaper cake with sufficient fill pack paper around it. Stickers are placed on the box to let the carrier know which side is the bottom of the box. We also attach a sticker indicating fragile, so they handle this box with extra care.
- Which parcel service do you work with? – We always work with Bpost to send our packages. From experience, we know that they handle the packages we send best.
- Do you print on articles or do embroidery? Yes, we certainly do. Some of our articles can be personalized.
- Do you also ship abroad? We only ship the diaper cakes within Belgium and the Netherlands.
- I have questions about the delivery of my order, where can I turn to? You can always send a message or an email to info@diapercakeshop.com.
- I want to have something delivered as a gift, is there an invoice with the delivery? The package never comes with an invoice. You will receive the invoice digitally as soon as your order is ready for shipment.
