Payment
Payment is processed through the online Mollie platform. Any payment costs are always included in the price of your order.
You will receive the invoice for your order by email as soon as your order is prepared for shipping.
If you have entered a VAT number with your order, it will also be included on the invoice.

Shipping
Packages are sent to the post office for shipping daily throughout the work week (Monday to Friday).
No packages will be shipped during the weekend. Do you want to have your package faster? Then I suggest you choose pick-up and also contact me to see when you can come and collect your package as soon as possible.
The shipping of your package to a Bpost point in Belgium is €5.95.
This uses the Bpost shipping service. We send the order to your desired Bpost point. Most packages are delivered to the post office within 1 to 3 working days after ordering.
The shipping of your package to an address in Belgium is €6.95.
This uses the Bpost shipping service. We always ship to the provided address. Most packages are offered at home within 1 to 3 working days after ordering.

For an order to the Netherlands, €8.95 is charged.
This uses Bpost’s delivery service. The delivery time is similar to Belgium and here too we can normally deliver within 1 to 3 working days.
For an order to Germany or France, there is a 9.95€ charge.
