Every order placed is packed and shipped with great care and attention. It may happen that you are still not satisfied, which is unfortunate, but it is no problem to return your product within 14 days after shipment. The return costs are at the customer’s expense.
Different conditions apply for personalized products.
Personalized products cannot be returned
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products that are personalized. This refers to the cakes that are made with special prints or images.
Return procedure
1. First, check if your return meets the conditions:
- The item must be undamaged.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
2. Send an email to info@diapercakeshop.com and indicate which product you want to return.
3. Please package the items carefully and try to include the packing slip with the bank account number where you wish to receive the refund.
4. Write the return address on the package:

5. Stamp the package and bring it to the post office or postal point. The costs of the return shipment are at your own expense.
6. Once we have received your return and no damage has been found, we will refund the purchase amount to your bank account within 14 days.
When returning the complete order with notice of the above points, you will receive a full refund.
