What is the expected delivery time?
I process your order with the greatest care and speed. Your order will be ready for shipment within 48 hours. Then I bring it to the post office as soon as possible.
What size diapers should I choose?
The right size depends on the weight and age of the baby. I always use the high-quality Pampers® Premium Protection:
- Size 1 (2-5 kg): from birth to approx. 2 to 3 months (beware, babies grow out of this quickly!)
- Size 2 (4-8 kg): from approx. 1 to 4 months
- Size 3 (6-10 kg) (standard size): from approx. 2.5 to 10 months
- Size 4 (9-14 kg): from approx. 7 to 24 months
The above guidelines are based on the average growth of babies. Deviations are of course possible.
Will I receive an invoice with my order?
Yes, you will receive this by email as soon as your order is ready for shipment. The invoice is never sent in the box, so the surprise is always guaranteed! If you have a VAT number, you can also enter it at checkout. The VAT number will also be stated on your invoice.
Will I get the product exactly as shown in the picture?
Each diaper cake is made with a lot of love and precision. The structure and style remain as shown in the photo, but small details may vary depending on the available decorations. Rest assured: the end result is always beautiful and festive!
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you can pick up your order by appointment. This way you avoid shipping costs and take the diaper cake home immediately.
Is the message on the card free?
Yes! A personal card makes your gift even more special. Add your own text and I’ll make sure it is nicely incorporated into the diaper cake – completely free of charge.
How is the diaper cake packaged and shipped?
Each diaper cake is festively wrapped in transparent foil and securely packed in a shipping box with extra filling paper. This way everything stays nice and safe during transport and the recipient receives a beautiful, ready-made gift!
Will my order arrive well?
I will make sure that your order is securely packed with extra padding paper. I only work with Bpost, because they always offer a quality service. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace from Bpost, so you can easily track your package.
